Vintage Design
Mid Century Safari Chairs from the well -known manufacturer Bofinger after a design by Gerd Lange. In contrast to the Farmer Chair of this manufacturer, a rather unknown and rare model.
The design shows the classic safari chair shape and construction. The frame is designed in teak. The elements are only inserted and are held through the tension of the leather belts. The seat and backrest are made of a light canvass fabric. The armrests’ leather belts are firmly connected to the frame. The backrest is stored and flexibly stored between two woods. A special detail is the elegant shape of the lower end of the chair legs.
