Vintage Design
Vintage industrial drawer from optical dating back to the 1950s. It has the retractable spherical wheel and 7 very capacious drawers, 2 small and 5 large ones.
The two top of the 5 large ones have a further compartment on the bottom of the drawer. The last three have no internal divisions.
The industrial chest of drawers is in authentic patina. All the colors are the original ones: the body is of a beige/cream color and the fronts of the drawers are in various shades of gray (including handles). The colors were not touched, they were only cleaned up.
The plan, on the other hand, was uniform, restored and protected with wax. All the interiors of the drawers were cleaned and finished with protective shellac. It should be noted that some interiors have remained stained (see photo). Overall, the chest of drawers is in excellent conservation conditions.
