Elegant and unusual lounge chair from the 1940’s in the style of Swedish Designer, Carl Malmsten. We have never seen any other examples of this chair and it may well be a one-of-a- kind chair by a Danish Cabinetmaker. Armrests and base made form nicely figured oak. Upscale very charming and even playful design. Sturdy and strong with coil springs in the backrest and seat. Upholstered in a red midcentury wool at a later point and remains in clean still usable condition with minor signs of wear. Overall very good condition.

Antique 1850’s Eastlake Walnut chair. Burled walnut insert on the header. Petite needle point upholstery. Construction is very solid with a very nice walnut finish. Seat and back rest needle point is excellent. Backside has some minor pulls, but still very good. Overall very good to excellent condition.
