Danish One Bay Wall Unit with a Hidden Desk in the style of Poul Cadovius, 1960s

This vintage wall unit in teak features functional drop door cabinet with practical laptop and documents space and four shelves supported by brass hangers and mounted on solid wood rails. It can perfectly create an unobtrusive workspace in the living room or a bedroom.

The unit consists of:
– secretary with lockable drop-down doors. The key included – H: 34 / W: 80 / D: 42 cm (fully open – 65 cm deep)
– two shelves – W: 80 / D: 20 cm
– two shelves – W: 80 / D: 30 cm
– two wooden rails – 198 cm long
– brass hardware

This shelving system is modular. Since all elements are 80 cm wide they can be arranged upon ones will.

The wall unit has been checked by our team. We have examined that the door mechanism works properly and all parts fit together. The set is in very good vintage condition with minor traces of use. We have slightly restored the wood surface and applied an additional layer of Danish oil to nourish and enhance the wood grain

We leave minor, natural signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm it is originality. We try to bring it back to its best look, still considering it is over 60 years old.
