Vintage Design
A painted wooden small table with glass top. Made in the early 1950s this unit has many similarities to the work of Gerrit Rietveld and furniture retailed by Metz & Co in The Netherlands.
To the underside is a pencil sketch showing that the table was part of a group of furniture. It is described in Dutch as a ‘table base’
