Vintage Design
‘Mondial’ chair designed by Gerrit Rietveld for the 1958 World Exhibition in Brussels. This chair is a later reissue by ‘Rietveld Originals’ and manufactured by Gispen. The Mondial chair is part of the current display at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. Marked and numbered with metal tag of the manufacturer. In nice vintage condition, with considerable wear from years of use in a fine restaurant.
