Signed verso by the foundry. This lovely antique is simply wonderful to hold. Comolera, a well known animal sculptor, was a pupil of Francois Rude and taught Jules Moigniez. This collectible figurine is superb placed upon a book and is also a wonderful paperweight and impressive desk accessory.
